Logistic Specialist ensures quality customer service through the efficient operation of the shipping and receiving department by performing the following duties:

Works closely with Shipping Receiving Manager/Supervisor to ensure efficient operation of the Receiving Department.

Essential Functions:

• Organizing and Maintaining orderly work environment
• Prepares orders by processing requests; pulling materials; and packing boxes.
• Assist with inventory management and control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work environment.
• Checks and records the quantity of the merchandise for conformity to purchase orders and specifications.
• Records and reports shortages and discrepancies
• Performs other duties as required.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementation of proper organization
• Skills Required:
• Previous Shipping, Picking, experience is preferred
• Must be able to lift (50) pounds on occasion
• Must be reliable/dependable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with the Company’s warehouse and delivery methods, techniques, and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
