What are the responsibilities and job description for the Batching Operator position at Path Engineering?
Role
As a Production Team Member (also known as Manufacturing Associate, Production Operator), you'll precisely inspect, stage, weigh, and mix ingredients according to product recipes. You'll collaborate with Quality Assurance Technicians, pre-weigh, blend, and liquefy components for beverage preparation, and accurately document lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates. You'll also perform cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers, operate forklifts, and adhere to the highest standards of safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to speak effectively with management and employees at all levels.
- Ability and/or flexibility to work up to 12-hour shifts, day or night, overtime.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to visually inspect product and materials.
- Forklift experience.
