What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Maintenance position at Path Engineering?
As a Machine Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll repair and maintain machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment. This includes inspecting, troubleshooting, and evaluating problems to determine their root cause, disassembling machines to repair or replace broken parts, adjusting functional parts of mechanical devices, and ordering replacement parts. You'll also serve as a resource to others in resolving complex problems and issues.

- At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the USA with 2 years prior machine maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical/electrical understanding of complex equipment, use of basic hand tools and power tools, knowledge of machine tools and their use, and basic electrical and electronic repairs.
- Ability to follow diagrams, schematics, manuals, instructions, and engineering specifications, with good written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and mechanical aptitude.
