What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Path Engineering?
As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Facility Maintenance Specialist), you'll support the daily operations of all machines and facility areas. Your duties will include performing preventive maintenance, providing technical assistance to solve reliability issues, assisting with production equipment upgrades and rebuilds, and fabricating, modifying, assembling, and repairing a variety of production components/assemblies/systems using various machining and metal fabricating equipment and tools.

- Experience with electric motors, conveyors, gears, pneumatics, and hydraulics; HVAC experience is a plus.
- Hands-on metal fabrication experience; welding experience is a plus.
- Ability to use and operate basic maintenance and repair tools and machining equipment.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting, creating preventive maintenance plans, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and working in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and making basic drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Allen Bradley, Siemens), Conveyor Systems, and Servo Motors.
