What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mold Maker position at Path Engineering?
Role
As a Mold Maker (also known as CNC Mill Operator, Injection Molding Technician, Manual Lathe Operator), you'll set up and operate milling machines, regulate pressure, temperature, speed and feed rates, and ensure the smooth and clean inner surfaces of molds. You'll also be responsible for cutting, shaping, and forming metal parts using a variety of tools and recognizing defective tooling, machine malfunctions, and dimensional deviations.

- 2nd shift hours, with every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off (unless overtime is required).
- Opportunity to work with a variety of machines and technologies, including CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), Injection Molding Machine, and Manual Lathe.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), Injection Molding Machine, and Manual Lathe.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
