What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Engineer position at Path Engineering?
As a Quality Assurance Engineer (also known as Quality Control Engineer, Quality Analyst), you'll ensure that customer, supplier, and internal complaints are addressed effectively, maintaining the company's Quality Management System to meet customer, internal, ISO/TS 16949, and regulatory/legal criteria. You'll also conduct regular internal and external audits, manage root cause analysis, and foster strong supplier relationships.

- Prior experience as a Customer or Supplier Quality Engineer with direct customer contact.
- Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) processes.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience in Bolt Manufacturing processes (Heading, threading, heat treat and plating) preferred.
- Experience conducting Internal and External Audits per ISO, TS or preferable IATF 16949 Standards preferred.
- Proficiency in Blueprint Reading, Quality Inspection, Quality Control Data Analysis, and PPAP Process Experience.
- Experience with CAM Software, CAD Software, ERP Software, and Quality Control Software.
