Financial Controller
Are you ready to take the stage as the Financial Maestro in our lively and dynamic symphony of success? We are seeking a seasoned and upbeat Controller to orchestrate our financial operations with flair and finesse! If you have a passion for numbers, an ear for financial harmony, and the charisma to lead a team, this role is your grand solo!
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures with precision, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports. Deliver exceptional performances that leave the audience - our stakeholders - impressed.
- As a senior member of our Finance team, you'll be a mentor and guide for the Accounting team and to General Managers. Your knowledge and expertise will help them grow their own magical abilities, building a high-performing team that adds value to our financial operations.
- Accountable for ensuring that existing policies and procedures are in place, including developing new policies and procedures as needed and ensuring these are being followed and company assets are protected.
- Collaborate with the executive team to compose and execute financial strategies aligned with our long-term vision. Your visionary mindset will guide investment and capital decisions and drive our sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years experience as a Senior Accountant or Controller
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive mindset
- Consistency in meeting deadlines
- High Emotional Intelligence
- Desire to learn and grow, regardless of the phase of your career you happen to be in
- Proficiency in mastering financial management software and accounting systems.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant regulations

Salary : $105,000 - $110,000
