Autism and Family Support Programs of Pathlight Program
Intensive Adult Program-Works Closely with each Individual to keep them "Home"!
- Be part of teams that provide outreach support to adults with autism and / or intellectual disabilities living on their own.
- Partner with them in creating and reaching their goals, increasing their skills, and making connections within their local communities.
Our Autism Specialists, work directly with adults in their own residences and in local communities. Support is focused on goals identified by the individual and their team including household management, executive functioning, social / recreational, health care management, and other areas of life.
Part time hours in the cities and towns within Hampshire and Franklin Counties. Pay rate : $21.53 / hour plus mileage reimbursement.
Clients are adults with varying needs and goals. Working with a single individual, schedules range from 5-15 hours per week.
There are multiple assignments that can potentially fit into your schedule and are specific to each individual we serve.
Due to program growth, an opportunity for more hours, up to full-time will likely be in the future.

QUALIFICATIONS : 1. Broad knowledge of a discipline involving the use of broad theoretical knowledge equal to a complete 4-year college education.
- Knowledge of autism and treatments.
- Over 1 year with adults with autism and intellectual disabilities. Experience in mental health preferred.
- Requires valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
