Job Posting for Residential Group Home – Assistant Program Manager at Pathlight Group
Pathlight is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Program Manager for our Easthampton, MA Group home. Previous experience working in a group home environment required. Supervisory experience preferred.
Location: Easthampton, MA
Hours: 40 hours a week as followed:
Sunday 2:00p-10:00p
Wednesday 2:00p-10:00p
Thursday 2:00p-10:00p
Friday 2:00p-10:00p
Saturday 2:00p-10:00p
Summary of position: Perform a variety of routine direct care duties to support and instruct individuals with developmental disabilities, and to promote their dignity, safety, health, welfare rights and development, including advanced medical and behavioral treatment. Guide staff and perform other duties requiring advanced training. in compliance with Association and applicable governing agency policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications: Knowledge of Human Services, direct care supports, basic routine health care, basic teaching instruction, previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs. Equivalent to high school diploma plus specialized training/courses. Valid driver's license required.
Salary: $25.00/hr.
