PathPoint is seeking a full-time or part-time Case Manager AMFT/LPCC/ASW for our Paths to Recovery community-based program in Santa Barbara, CA 93101. In this role as a BBS Registered Intern, you'll complete clinical assessments, provide support for a group of clients by assisting them with all aspects of independent living, including the development of social, vocational, and effective symptom management skills. Specific needs include education in the areas of medication management, proper nutrition, cooking, shopping, budgeting, housecleaning and maintenance, and personal hygiene. You'll also assume primary responsibility for developing, writing, implementing, evaluating and revising treatment goals and plans. We are looking for someone who has a passion for case management and takes a person-centered approach when working with people with mental health challenges.
This is a great opportunity if you are looking to acquire a deeper understanding of mental illness and practice field-based work. This position comes with wonderful perks, including flexible scheduling and supervision hours for Registered Interns (AMFT,LPCC, ASW). Case Managers working 40 hours per week have the option to work a 4/10 schedule, meaning you can always have three days off per week. Hours of operation are generally Monday-Saturday, 9:00am-5:00pm, specific workdays are dependent on employee need.

What We're Looking For:
- Masters' degree (MA/MS) in Psychology or Social Work and registration as Intern with California Board of Behavioral Health Sciences (BBS).
- 6 months experience working with adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness. Work 1:1 with underserved or vulnerable populations or in clients' homes as a caregiver or Direct Support Professional.
- Must have a valid California driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, 5 years of driving experience, and be eligible for coverage on PathPoint's auto insurance policy.
Compensation: This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a starting wage of $26.00 per hour. The pay range for this position is $26.00-$29.00 an hour. Wages subject to change based on a variety of factors, and the maximum pay represents the wage potential based on attaining the highest level of position experience, talent, and responsibilities.
