How you will help us on our mission and inspire others:
- Prepare meals with a focus on quality, taste, appearance and in accordance with planned menus.
- Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures
- Ensure meals are served and delivered in a timely fashion and at appropriate temperatures.
- Assign, as required, duties of culinary staff and provide coverage within the culinary department on a daily basis.
- Help create positive customer experiences by preparing food for and actively supporting all special events held within the community.
Our ideal candidate has the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Engage residents and connect with them in a genuine, compassionate and memorable way.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Sanitation License Required.
- High School diploma or GED, Trade School degree in Culinary Service/Restaurant Management is preferred.
- Ability to direct and manage the work of others, and supply and inventory management.
- Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel
