In this Position you would:
- Provide support and direction to the Residential Services Team.
- Coordinate, evaluate, and support PTC’s residential programs to ensure they are operating at or above compliance with licensing standards and company policy & procedure.
- Manage, train, serve, and support Residential Services Managers/ Designated Coordinators
- Maintain and perform audits
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve concerns and emergencies
- Schedule float employees
To be considered for this position with us, you must possess:
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Meets Designated Coordinator (DC) qualifications per 245D standard
- Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks
- Ability to pass and maintain required trainings such as CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, and Position Behavioral Support Training
- Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetic services that will enable these senses to function adequately
- Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of liability insurance, satisfactory driving record and daily access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to read, write and speak English at a level that meets the performance requirements; or must be able to communicate in the language spoken by the individual(s) served at a level that meets the performance requirements; whichever is deemed more important by PTC
- Commit to a flexible schedule that includes split shifts, varied days and time that can include mornings, evenings and weekends, holidays, and overnights
- Be available and responsive at all times to meet program needs
