We are currently looking to hire immediate Full-Time Medical Assistant staff for our locations in Crofton, MD.
As a practice, we focus on collaboration versus working solo. Our employees are friendly, talented, and system-oriented. We prioritize the use of the latest technology in order to provide the highest quality of patient care.
Previous Medical Assisting or Medical Reception experience (1 year preferred).
Employee must be familiar with EMR and have proficient computer and phone communication skills as well as be an ethical and dependable liaison for patients and providers. We expect our employees to work well in a team setting, manage their time effectively, be detail oriented and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
PPG holds performance-based employee reviews involving consideration for raises after 90 days of employment and annually. Changes to employee roles and responsibilities within the practice provide opportunity for career growth, as well as additional consideration for higher income during employee reviews.
