POSITION SUMMARY The IT Support Specialist will work with the School of EMS (SOE) administration team in supporting an assortment of business and education applications. The position will focus on managing and maintaining core software applications as well as providing primary support to the SOE staff and customers/students with their requests. The position will work closely with the Lead Applications Administrator and School of EMS DOO in supporting these software applications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide primary IT support for business applications, including the student directory (Campus Café), Learning Management System (Canvas), and Microsoft 365 used by staff and students. Work with school staff to deploy new integrations and scale existing. Provide primary IT support and troubleshooting for business hardware, including desktop/laptops/printers etc. used by the School of EMS. Manage and maintain ticketing system for employees and students. Develop internal and end-user documentation. Collaborate with Corporate Lead Applications Administrator on deploying or adjusting existing or new IT systems. Handles confidential information with sensitivity and discretion. Performs other duties and special projects, as identified, and assigned. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Experience 2-3 years of IT support experience. Working knowledge of Windows 10, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and WAN/LAN topographies in a business environment. Working in a school/education facility a plus. Interpersonal skills: Working with office staff and students remotely or in person, and facilitating customer/vendor relationships. Exposure to the Microsoft 365 platform as a user or administrator. Desire to learn and problem solve. PowerShell or other scripting languages a plus. Education and Certifications Associate’s degree, or higher, in IT field preferred, or 2-3 years of IT support experience. Competencies Highly motivated and eager to grow IT experience. POSITION SUMMARY

The IT Support Specialist will work with the PatientCare EMS Solutions (PCEMS) Corporate IT team in supporting an assortment of business applications and field devices used across US entities. The position will focus on managing, maintaining, the corporate ticket system, as well as providing primary support toemployees (Administrative, Paramedics, EMTs) and School of EMS customers with their requests. Theposition will work closely with the Corporate Data Developer, Applications Administrator, and Director of IT in supporting existing IT systems, as well as supporting our employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide IT support for primary business hardware, including desktop/laptops, ePTT radios,ePCR tablets, etc.
  • Prepare new devices for deployment, maintaining asset inventories, imaging, and distributing at a timely basis.
  • Provide primary IT support for business applications, including the 911 suite (Zoll ePCR, Zoll RNDB, Zoll Respond), ePro (Scheduling), eMaint (asset), Microsoft 365, AzureAD.
  • Manage, maintain, and support IT ticket system for employees and external (School of EMS) customers.
  • Develop internal and end-user documentation.
  • Collaborate with Data Developer and Applications Administrator on deploying or adjusting existing or new IT systems.
  • Research new and emerging technologies to streamline current business processes.
  • Handles confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.
  • Performs other duties and special projects, as identified, and assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • 2-3 years of IT support experience.
  • Working knowledge of operating systems, printer, VOIP phones and network
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10 iOS, Android operating systems, domains, and WAN/LAN connectivityin a business

Education and Certifications
