Patrick Accounting of Memphis, TN is seeking a full-time Client Care Coordinator (Administrative Assistant) to join our growing team. Are you looking to fulfill your passion to help people? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2 years' experience in a customer service environment.
  • Focused on caring for people.
  • Communicate well verbally and in written format.
  • Know how to take initiative and offer solutions.
  • Easily pick up on social cues from others to navigate conversations professionally.
  • Capable of multitasking many small projects.
  • Vigilant about the details (having a desire to mitigate mistakes before they become mistakes!)
  • Ability to recognize priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Enjoy working with a variety of small businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Ability to pivot and reprioritize tasks.
  • Have a Teacher's Heart! Possessing a strong desire to help educate clientele on our mulit-faceted tech with comfort and ease!

Most importantly, you must be extremely tech savvy. You should be extremely comfortable on the computer typing a minimum of 65 wpm. You will need to move quickly between programs and learn new technologies with ease. We are a fast-paced, growing Accounting Firm and are constantly pivoting to help our clients succeed, getting One Step Better every day! We use a bunch of cutting-edge technology: Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, QuickBooks, Thomson Reuters accounting suite, Qount, Isolved, Remote Desktop, and more!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Anticipate the needs of the team and our clients by going the extra mile.
  • Painstakingly protect our clients' privacy in the technology age.
  • Provide an excellent first impression in all methods of communication.
  • Ensure accurate delivery of all physical items for the Firm.
  • Oversee the office space and make sure it is ready for employees and guests.
  • Own inbound client data storage.
  • Assist with Firm intellectual data curation, maintenance and storage including video libraries and electronic learning databases.
  • Exhibit a strong desire to take on new tasks to improve Firm Administration between departments, offering practical improvements to gain efficiencies.
