What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roofing Sales position at Patridge Logistics?
$5000 sign-on bonus (structured based on experience)
Pay range $20/hour Commission 75k-100k in commissions AND 5% on anything over 500k in sales
Benefits after 90 days (Heath insurance, dental, vision, gas card, company truck)
- Some of daily responsibilities of the sales position include building strong relationships with existing and potential customers, helping other team members with meeting when necessary, conducting door to door canvassing when needed, measuring and creating restoration estimates, following up with customers quickly, maintianing communication with office and other sales associates, and consistently learning about the industry as it is ever changing.
Requirements include, proficiency in usage of Microsoft products and technology, a background check, non-disclosure agreement, current driver's license, ability to travel, ability to lift 50lbs, punctuality, and reliable transportation.
- roofing and window experience is preferred but not required
