Established Commercial HVAC company seeks experienced Bookkeeper/Billing clerk to assist CFO with operations of a growing HVAC contractor and service provider. This position will report directly to the CFO. Job will entail working with multiple software programs and platforms including Quickbooks Contractor, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Esub and FieldEdge.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience with Quickbooks
- Minimum 5 years experience in general accounting or bookkeeping for a trade contractor
- Knowledge of California mechanics lien process
- Knowledge of construction progress billing process
- Knowledge of contract administration
- Excellent attention to detail and follow through
- Intuitive problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organization skills
- Solid knowledge of the construction process
