What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Patriot Car Wash?
We are looking for a positive, friendly, professional, customer-oriented individual to join our team! The right individual will have experience providing excellent customer service while responding to and maintaining customers' questions, complaints, and club membership information.
Essential Functions:
- Answering customer phone calls/emails with feedback in a timely manner.
- Be proficient with navigating the WashConnect ICS system.
- Accurately input customer information into the ICS system.
- Walk customers through basic troubleshooting or processes for monthly memberships.
- Provide customers with information about our Monthly club membership options, and other applicable Car Wash information i.e., individual wash pricing.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
- Work with our team and engage with the customers to increase monthly club memberships.
- Be proficient in operating the Car Washes teller Kiosks while assisting customers with menu and payment options.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping functions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Position Requirements:
- Customer service oriented, previous customer support experience required.
- Effective Communication, multitasking and organizational skills.
- Basic Math skills.
- Attentiveness, strong work ethic
- Good with computers and technology
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Team Player – Must communicate and coordinate with team members as necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
