Office Manager for Custom Automotive Shop
Busy classic car customization business located in the heart of Cape Cod is looking for an office manager who can help our business grow and prosper into our next phase. The ideal candidate is someone who is energetic, looking to grow, highly organized, has strong book keeping skills, great retail experience and a talent for positive customer engagement. A passion for the classic car market and all things cool would be helpful. Principal responsibilities are:
1. Leading all customer interactions
2. Liaising with the chief mechanic and colleagues to ensure builds are proceeding to meet deadlines
3. Ordering parts in a timely and cost effective manner
4. Dealing with other vendors to ensure projects proceed to meet deadlines
5. Managing the books and records
6. Leading the management of payroll, accounts payables and receivables and required filings
7. Office organization - keep it clean and know where everything is
8. Leading marketing and branding efforts and customer acquisition, including upkeep of all digital branding
9. Keeping abreast of the classic car market, especially sales and pricing

This is a position for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking to be a vital team member who can be relied on to do their job and hold other teammates accountable. If you have great ideas, or think there is a better way to do something, we want to hear it. You'll be relied upon to keep a tight ship, work independently, and make the front office your own. We're a fun and hardworking group, and we hope to find a coworker who is like-minded. This is a full-time, 5 day a week position. Wages and benefits are market based. Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
