A rapidly growing industrial construction firm in the Atlanta area is seeking a Leadman/Foreman to work in Douglasville, GA. The ideal candidate is someone who is experienced with:
- Coordinating and managing the day-to-day field operations of projects, including safe work practices, workforce, materials, and equipment.
- Working closely with the Site Manager to oversee and ensure the assigned scope of work is completed per customer safety, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Creating a plan and laying out work areas in advance to ensure daily workforce, material, and equipment needs are filled.
- Monitoring the crew during installations and progress to ensure quality control throughout the project.
- Monitoring team productivity and providing performance evaluations, constructive feedback, counseling, and discipline as needed.
- Managing daily progress reports and weekly timesheets for the project
- Receiving materials and verifying shipment quantities match material Purchase Orders.
- Tracking company tools and equipment and ensuring they are working correctly.
- Heavy Industrial and Commercial mechanical jobs
- High School diploma or GED equivalent

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
