This person will be the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to various members of Pattern leadership. The Executive Assistant will also organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversee special projects. We’re looking for a creative individual who loves working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community oriented. This person should have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. You’ll also have the ability to work with large amounts of autonomy, running projects from conception to completion, and handling a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. This position will work onsite at our Lehi, UT office 5 days a week. Frequently Asked Questions What is a day in the life of an Executive Assistant? Supports members of the executive team Handles logistics for executive meetings—room scheduling, equipment, preparation of materials, note-taking, agenda, summaries of action items, etc. Organizes and schedules appointments Books travel arrangements for leadership and other International Executives Manages task lists and priorities to ensure deadlines are not missed or forgotten Manages sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner Prepares for and hosts visitors Assists in the preparation of reports Maintains appropriate filing systems Coordinates and executes company events Provides general support to visitors Acts as the point of contact for clients and vendors Performs other necessary functions as assigned by executive members What will I need to thrive in this role? Bachelor’s degree preferred Computer proficient with MS Office products Ability to pivot quickly and handle change with composure Effective social interaction, verbal and written communication and organizational skills and the ability to perform a variety of tasks efficiently.
