Position: Human Resources Generalist
What does a HR Generalist with Paul Davis do?
- Drive talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Administer, evaluate, and upload pre-employment surveys for applicants.
- Submit and upload background check forms for employees and subcontractors. Assist with background check audits, when necessary.
- Set up and administer initial interviews for potential applicants. Schedule follow up interviews with Leadership team for potential A-players.
- Assist with on-boarding and orientation of new hires.
- Assist with employee professional development training and scheduling.
- Track and upload all training certifications. Take care of the renewals as needed.
- Administer employee personnel files and benefits enrollment.
- Coordinate PD employee recognition for personal celebrations and professional acknowledgements.
- Conduct new employee criminal background checks and motor vehicle report checks.
- Coordinate employee exit procedures and schedule exit interviews.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as vacation and compensation.
- Plan and organize team building activities.
- Maintain and update OSHA Reporting spreadsheet.
- Acquisition/processing of new tradesmen, subcontractors and vendors.
- Maintain and update Gorilla Profile.
- Assist with planning and execution of company-wide events.
- Assist with Front Office duties, answering phones and assisting with customer service when needed.
