Job Description:

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Worker for our facility.

This position is the maintenance of automated industrial machinery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect and repair automated equipment used in manufacturing
• Perform periodic maintenance on all machines.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Complete daily paperwork.

Knowledge of overall maintenance and automated equipment, which includes the following skill sets:

• One year as an Industrial Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• At least two years of experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial setting

Experience working on conveyor, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems including production machinery, belts, bearings, horizontal wrappers and other various machinery. A strong understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics is preferred.

• Ability to read schematics and blueprints is essential
• General plant maintenance and repair of mechanical systems.
• Experience working with CMMS software.
• Solid understanding of 24v, AC/DC, 110V, and 480V required.
• Must have Voltage Meter and have a total understanding of how to use it.
• Position includes troubleshooting and repair of numerous proximity sensors, limit switches, motor controls, and contractors.
• Welding experience helpful, but not required.
• Position is approximately 25% electrical and 75% mechanical - which will include preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs.
