Pavone Marketing Group, Inc. a full service marketing and advertising agency with offices in PA, GA, and NY is looking for a new business coordinator.

The new business coordinator is an extension of the new business team - notably the execution of work in pursuit of new client opportunities.

What your job will entail:

  • Creating, updating and driving efficient implementation of the materials we use to tell our story.

- Case studies
- Thinking pages
- Request for information (RFI) submissions
- New business presentations
- E-blast layout & contact list management

  • Managing changing deadlines and priorities for self and the rest of the new business team
  • Creating executive summaries of Agency information prior to first meeting with the perspective client
  • Monitoring Agency website traffic and team updates
  • Monitoring new business opportunities on Winmo and PA Supplier Portal
  • Pulling LinkedIn information on new business meeting attendees
  • Updating outreach contacts
  • Supporting thought leadership re: food trends and healthcare trends
  • Supporting agency social and eblast calendar
