Paw Oasis Pet Resort is hiring a part time Receptionist with a strong customer service background, proven sales record, superb phone skills, great attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. **Must be willing to help with the animals and other tasks when needed and asked! **.
About Us : Paw Oasis Pet Resort (formerly known as Bliss Pet Resort Castle Hills) is a large luxury dog daycare, boarding and grooming spa located in the Castle Hills area of The Colony, TX . We offer dog boarding, daycare, grooming, and training services. Our focus is on providing exceptional customer service and quality care in a luxury resort atmosphere. We opened our doors about a year about to this 10,000 sq foot facility with 30,000 sq feet of play yards and in ground pool for the dogs! We are looking for dynamic individuals to help us grow and be successful! The ideal candidate is interested in continued learning and long term growth within a rapidly expanding company.
Schedule & Hours: The position shifts are from 6:45am to 12:30pm and 1:45pm to 6:45pm daily Monday to Friday and and 7:45am to 5:15pm rotating Saturdays. Sunday availability from 1:45 to 5:15pm is needed during busy times. The ideal candidate has open availability to work when needed any shifts but will consider afternoon or morning availability only. Must be available the day before and after all major holidays and summers as this is our peak season.

Compensation: $14 per hour base rate plus monthly bonus. There is a heavy emphasis on suggestive selling daily at client check in with established sales goals ( plus on average $300 mo in tips) . Past Experience Required :
- 3 years of face to face customer service
- 1 year of suggestive selling in a retail, food, spa, or similar industry
- 2 years of reception or administrative work experience
- 5 years working history
