We are looking for an experienced Pawn Broker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and appraising items brought in by customers, negotiating loans and purchases, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the pawn industry, the ability to assess the value of items quickly and accurately, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the value of items presented for pawn.
- Provide loans to customers based on the value of the item presented.
- Negotiate loan terms with customers.
- Maintain records of all transactions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Provide customer service in a professional manner.
- Maintain a secure environment for customers and staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
