Paws Around Motown is Hiring Dog Walker Friends!
Are you a dog lover who wants to make extra money walking furry friends?
We're looking for a new Paw Pal to join our Paws Around Motown pet sitting and dog walking team serving clients in Oakland County, Michigan.
Requirements:
- Available Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm and two weekends per month
- Experience handling, training and walking multiple dogs at once
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Loves getting tail wags and puppy kisses from our fur-clients
- Excellent communication and ability to follow client instructions
- A passion for pets and their care and a desire to grow with our company
- A love for all seasons
Responsibilities:
- Walk groups of 2-3 dogs at a time
- Manage playtime and provide lots of attention, stimulation and exercise for pups
- Monitor dogs' health, mood and behavior for any concerns
- Record notes on dogs' routines, likes/dislikes, and report to pet parents
- Communicate professionally and responsively with clients
