The Role:
The Sales Trainer facilitates sales, product, and process training for specific sales roles and delivers best in class induction training for all new team members. You will work closely with the Sales Leaders and key business stakeholders to identify and implement training programs that support our business objectives and provide ongoing development to support and grow the capabilities and knowledge of our Pax8 APAC employees.
How You’ll Make Impact:
- Schedule, manage, and facilitate new hire sales training classes with the ability to deliver in person and virtually or a combination of both when required.
- Observe and coach new hire sales team members to ensure they are advancing their sales skills, product knowledge, and their ability to effectively manage their business.
- Oversee the evolution of onboarding training content and delivery in the APAC region to respond to post-onboarding survey feedback, hiring manager feedback, emerging business needs and goals to continuously improve new hire class experience and competency levels.
- Assist with the creation of sales curriculum and sales enablement content for sales teams.

- Sales training experience or sales experience with a certification in education or training.
- A background and passion for technology.
- Proficient with CRM, pipeline management and call recording tools.
- You are driven. You love developing others. You pride yourself on knowing how training is designed to get the best results. You’re comfortable managing your time and can be counted on to successfully reach goals.
- Your strong communication skills support you in providing a seamless training experience, allowing you to navigate through conflict when required.
- Available to travel domestically and internationally when required.
