About the Position
This position directly supports the Direct Sales Channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts in order to increase revenue and achieve sales targets. Seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to fill the role of Account Executive.

Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities with potential merchants.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitch to prospects and clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with new pricing strategies, hardware, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience Required
- 2 years of sales experience or account management
- MSP background (preferred)
- HubSpot CRM experience (preferred)
- Advanced computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
