Description
The Billing Specialist position is responsible for enabling client products purchased, inputting billing rates into the system, and basic auditing functions as a part of process control.
Timeliness and accuracy of the billing process along with communication skills across multiple departments is the key for success with this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Auditing pricing proposals for quality definitions prior to inputting billing
- Enables products purchased by clients within the Paycom system
- Grants access to necessary internal parties for servicing products
- Inputs billing detail and pricing amounts into Paycom system based on client purchase agreement
- Assumes responsibility for ensuring all additional services are turned on accurately and timely
- Auditing billing loaded in system as part of process control
- Serve as a resource to Sales organization for pricing questions
- Process adjustments timely and accurately
- Maintain accurate logs of billing additions and adjustments
Qualifications
Education / Certification :
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 years’ experience related to Billing, Banking, Finance, or General Administrative work

- Admin Experience
- Proficient with Excel and Word
Skills / Abilities :
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong computer skills (excel and keying skills)
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
