We are seeking a Sales Engineer to provide solutions for ISV and Developer partners by leveraging PayJunction’s technology stack while being an evangelist for PayJunction’s full-service partnership in how the role supports the Strategic Partnership’s sales motion for the life cycle of the Partner.

Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, assess customer requirements, and develop tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept exercises to showcase the value proposition
- Respond to technical inquiries, RFPs, and RFIs, addressing use case concerns and objections
- Solution Design and Development:
- Analyze ISV and Developer needs and develop comprehensive technical solutions that meet their requirements
- Create and deliver technical proposals, including product configurations, implementation, and go-to-market plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and influence product development based on partner and merchant feedback
- Customer Service:
- Serve as a technical point of contact for integrators, acting as a trusted advisor and technical liaison for all things API
- Support the Strategic Partnerships team with new and existing integrations, and assist the Customer Support team with troubleshooting and enhancing partner integrations
- Technical Documentation:
- Manage the knowledge base of partner integrations, including configuration and support documentation
- Oversee Developer documentation enhancements to best guide integrators
- 5 years of experience in Integrated Payments
- 3 years of experience in a Technical Sales role
- Relevant degree in a technical or business-related field is highly preferred but not required
- Deep knowledge of payments products and services, with the ability to stay updated on industry trends and advancements
- Skilled in articulating technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Understanding of REST APIs and their functionality, with the ability to identify specific endpoints and commands for troubleshooting
- Proficient in reading and writing HTML, and identifying elements in the DOM for targeting fields during integrations
- Proficient in reading and writing JavaScript to troubleshoot and solve problems
