About the Role:
We are searching for an ambitious, self-directed Client Onboarding Lead to own client onboarding for the employers we help transform their local business into a global business.
As a key member of Payoneer's North American B2B GTM team, the Client Onboarding Lead will work hand in hand with our sales and account management teams to onboard clients onto the Payoneer suite of payment & workforce management solutions.
This role will be based in our New York, NY office
What You'll Do:
- Opportunity to build a new discipline from the bottom up
- Ensure new clients are fully onboarded to their Payoneer products of choice
- Develop workflows to streamline onboarding processes
- Work with internal teams to automate workflows
- Help existing customers with continuous onboarding needs
- Provide feedback to sales and account management teams to improve messaging, close communication gaps, and help them better manage their client relationships
- Maintain pertinent customer information within CRM platform
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of sales, ops, or customer service experience, ideally in a tech environment
- Intellectually curious & comfortable with ambiguity
- Strategic mindset to problem solving
- Data and technically oriented, intermediate to advanced Excel skills a major plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work with a cross functional global team
- High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure
- Interest in leading and mentoring a team
- Comfortable with hybrid work environment
Not a Must, but a Great Advantage:
- Experience in Payments or Banking industry
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Experience with data analytics & BI tools

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $115,000.
