The Pricing Analytics Manager is responsible for managing and operating the pricing strategy and financial analyses across our Enterprise relationships. This position will help driving the pricing and commercial negotiation strategy for our most strategic accounts globally. We're looking for a self-motivated individual, who will take the lead on modeling and pricing our new strategic deals and will also manage our pricing book analysis and implementation.
What you'll do:
- Serve as partner to our Global Sales Team by providing business critical analysis to support an enterprise business line in our fast-growing dynamic company
- Support the pricing strategy for renewal and new client negotiations, cross-functional projects of sales, finance, and operations utilizing market dynamics, business performance, and develop effective pricing strategies and negotiation tactics
- Develop tracking tools and methodologies, and create ad-hoc reports to assist the sales and account management teams with strategic deals
- Build deal and pricing models used to drive our "deal desk"
- Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple offices worldwide
- Maintain a detailed understanding of Payoneer's business, product, and customer portfolios, as well as the payments ecosystem, business models, and key trends in the market
What we're looking for:
- BS degree in finance related
- 4 years of relevant experience is Sales Operations / Pricing and Deal desk teams / Business Analysis - ideally within the payments, Financial Services and or e-commerce industry sectors
- Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of Salesforce and BI tools
- Strong aptitude for analytics; demonstrated ability to develop financial models and draw value-added insights from large amounts of financial data
- Creative problem solver with the ability to think out of the box
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tasks without losing track of the details

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $50,000-$150,000
