Scheduler PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities. We are seeking a talented Scheduler to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy. This role would be located onsite at our Company headquarters in Parsippany, NJ. Responsible for scheduling the movement of Clean Petroleum Products PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule the movement of Clean Petroleum Products via various methods of transportation; waterborne, pipeline, rail and truck Communicate with Commercial, Optimization, and Refinery groups on inventory levels, production forecasts, purchase and sales obligations Understand the logistics around all CPP contracts Understand all Quantity and Quality issues within CPP contracts Understand and accrue all secondary costs for purchase and sales obligations Review and approve vendor/supplier invoices Manage PBF inventories at Third Party Terminals Input data into ETRM system in a timely and accurate manner Communicate with Customer/Supplier counterparts Assist accounting with issues/adjustments as needed JOB QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Business or related discipline.
