Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, implementing, and communicating change management activities to support data product adoption and design, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams, program offices, and stakeholders to ensure that changes are well-coordinated, documented, and do not negatively impact business operations.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes, creating risk mitigation plans and implementing comprehensive change management strategies.
- Ensure all changes are documented effectively and communicated to minimize disruption and maintain operational continuity.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear and concise communication strategies tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in Agile teams to develop and deliver data products through human-centered design principles.
Qualifications: Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in change management, IT operations, or a related field.
- Experience with change management principles and practices in data and IT-driven environments.
- Ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize business disruptions.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience supporting the adoption of data products and developing comprehensive communication strategies.
Preferred (but not required):
- Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner).
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience in IT project management methods.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft effective messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
