Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, implementing, and communicating change management activities to support data product adoption and design, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional development teams, program offices, and stakeholders to ensure that changes are well-coordinated, documented, and do not negatively impact business operations.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes, creating risk mitigation plans and implementing comprehensive change management strategies.
  • Ensure all changes are documented effectively and communicated to minimize disruption and maintain operational continuity.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear and concise communication strategies tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Participate in Agile teams to develop and deliver data products through human-centered design principles.

Qualifications: Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in change management, IT operations, or a related field.
  • Experience with change management principles and practices in data and IT-driven environments.
  • Ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize business disruptions.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting the adoption of data products and developing comprehensive communication strategies.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner).
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience in IT project management methods.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft effective messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities. #CJ
