Role: CPIC Analyst
PBG Consulting, LLC (PBG) is currently seeking an experienced CPIC Analyst for a major Federal agency. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent client handling skills with the ability to quickly develop relationships at all levels of the client organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performs business analysis and capital planning functions associated with the Capital Planning Investment Control (CPIC) process.
- Works closely with investment owners on compliance with agency standards.
- Create briefings for investment owners and the client CPIC team, as well as their management, on the outcomes of reviews, e.g., Quarterly Scoring Results.
- Create high-impact presentations for senior client leaders.
- Create and maintain project plans and related documents.
- Develop and present CPIC training.
- Work closely with the client CPIC team on the day-to-day CPIC activities.
- Review and provide feedback on Control reviews and Business Cases in the portfolio management tool and in other formats.
- Provide performance analysis and benchmarking, with development or enhancement of performance measures/metrics.
- Assist in evaluating and entering monthly investment and project status data into the agency's portfolio management tool.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 - 5 years of of CPIC experience
- Some experience with in at least one CPIC phase and managing/supporting large investments
- Some knowledge of related IT management experience
- Some knowledge of project and customer management experience in Federal Civilian consulting environment
- Expertise in using all Microsoft Suite Products (including: SharePoint, Excel, and Power Point)
- Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance
- Excellent verbal, graphical, interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess strong organizational and project management skills.
- Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing client support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
- Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
- Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
- Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude.
- Strong stakeholder management, including advising and influencing clients regarding process improvement initiatives, and working positively and sensitively alongside client stakeholders.
