Responsibilities:
Supports, assists, and manages the collection of Private, Facility, and other payer accounts, along with tracking financial metrics around the accounts receivable for Company.
Essential Duties
1. Manages collection-related issues.
2. Assists with ad-hoc AR reports for analysis for all pharmacy locations.
3. Assist with Private & Facility collection issues.
4. Monthly collection calls with each pharmacy location.
5. Track metrics around DSO's, cash collections, and bad debt write-offs.
6. Manage Low Income Subsidy process with regard to Dual Eligible residents.
7. Meets Expectations of Excellence for position.
8. Supports campuses, departmental goals, and the overall objectives of the Company.
9. Complies with all laws, regulations and standards of ethical conduct.
10. Responsible for uncompromising levels of cleanliness and safety.
11. Uphold and promotes the culture, mission and values of the Company.
12. Performs all job duties with a friendly positive and team-oriented approach.
13. Maintains professional/technical competencies and proficiencies for job responsibilities.
14. Complies with all Company policies, procedures, rules and standards.
15. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Pursuing or a recent graduate with a four (4) year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent from an accredited college or university (preferred) or an Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
- Three (3) years collections experience
- Three (3) years management/leadership
- One (1) to three (3) years accounting, finance experience in healthcare, senior living industry or long-term care environment preferred.
- Exposure to and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
