ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Understand and demonstrate the absolute demand for immaculate cleanliness.
- Escort and welcome guests into the locker area. Assign a locker, provide all necessary amenities to ensure their enjoyment of the Spa.
- Properly communicate the usage of all Spa facilities.
- Maintain clean restrooms and showers. Wipe the showers after each use. Remove used towels and replace with fresh towels and bath mats promptly.
- Assists therapists, as needed, in the performance of their services.
- Maintain inventories and guest supplies in the locker room and vanity areas.
- Monitor guest to ensure that they are in the appropriate area for their appointments. Ensure that all guests are met for their services. Report any problems with appointments to the Supervisors.
- Stock all beverages and fruits in the lounge areas. Offer these items to each guest and serve them.
- Promptly dispose of laundry according to the systems established, and ensure that fresh towels are folded properly and stocked, according to SOP. Transport soiled linens to the Laundry.
- Set up the spa areas, as designated, with ice packs, towels, etc.
