What are the responsibilities and job description for the F&B Supervisor position at PCH Hotels & Resorts?
Supervises the food and beverage service areas ensuring a high level of quality and consistency. Ensures that food and beverage service adheres to all health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards and meets state and local Health Board inspection, brand standards, and hotel requirements. Prepares and/or transports all food and beverage items, monitors area to ensure adequate supplies, follows preparation methods, times, and quality and presentation standards, welcomes guests, and responds to requests in a prompt and professional manner, maintains a clean, neat, and well-organized work and buffet area, promotes teamwork and quality services, and provides timely and appropriate training for all F&B Attendants.
