PCI is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Client Services Team! This individual will be responsible for making decisions to grant or deny credit to consumers in a fast-paced call center environment. They will analyze applicant’s financial status, assess credit risk, and provide leadership support to the department.

BUYING SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing exceptional service to our customers and clients through our Values, Vision & Mission
• Validating information that is being entered into the underwriting model
• Analyzing credit reports, looking at an applicant’s financial situation and verifying with them to assign appropriate risk to the account
• Take inbound and make outbound calls to help accounts get processed
• Be able to problem solve effectively by processing and analyzing information quickly
• Provide leadership support within the department

BUYING SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred:

• Prior experience working with credit or loan applications
• 1 year of call center experience OR 1 year familiarity with the call center industry
• 2 years of customer service experience

OFFICE LOCATION:

• 628 Roosevelt Rd. Saint Cloud, MN 56301 

SCHEDULE:

• Full-Time, 40 hours per week
  • Tuesday-Saturday: 1:30pm-10:00pm CST

BUYING SPECIALIST COMPENSATION:

• Up to $23/hour, Starting Pay Based on Experience
