A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER
As a Customer Success Manager, you oversee a book of medical professional customers. You educate them on how to use their online portal, answer their questions, and provide information to keep them up to date with all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance regulations. You're also responsible for our customer churn rate. As someone who really cares about the outcomes for our customers, you go above and beyond to ensure they get what they need. You are great with each client and build strong relationships with them. Whether it's our team or our customers, you feel good about helping others!
