PCS is looking for an IT Business Analyst that is excited to take ownership of commercial and operational projects that drive real business impact. With an insatiable appetite to learn, a passion for technology and business and a strong bias toward action, the day-to-day for this role includes collaborating with business and technology teams to understand business opportunities and challenges, define requirements, manage execution and continually improve the implemented solutions. These projects deal directly with technology programs and systems that automate business processes, integrate with PCS partner systems and programs, or that otherwise enhance the user and commercial experience of doing business with the company. The role includes a mix of requirements gathering, design and leading development teams in building, testing and implementing these systems.
Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery of a portfolio of technology solutions for the business. Make it your business to
- Work with business stakeholders as necessary to understand, document, communicate and prioritize the requirements of the organization to other teams that will contribute to the design, development and implementation of the solution.
- Collaborate with functional business analysts, system-specific functional leads (e.g. NetSuite) and others to design technology solutions that enable PCS partners and customers to do business with the company in new and more effective ways.
- Provide guidance to development and business teams during the build and implementation phases of solution delivery across multiple projects at once.
- Actively help prioritize the work of overseas teams to manage the delivery of in-flight projects.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues and decisions throughout full lifecycle of delivering technology solutions for our business.
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
- Eager to learn and to take ownership of projects end-to-end and be invested in the success of each one.
- 3-5 years defining requirements for technical solutions for end users of software products and applications
- Project management experience in delivering programs of varying levels of complexity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities with all levels of management
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Experience with NetSuite ERP or experience with enterprise integrations platforms is a plus
