Job Title: LVC-G Planner for JPMRC Strategic Planning Capability and Support Services
Location: Fort Shafter, HI
Position Description:
The LVC-G Planner is capable of synchronizing all communications and LVC-G efforts at the USARPAC level in support of (ISO) JPMRC exercises. The LVC-G Planner assists in development of a proposed Mission Command Architecture by integrating all Mission Command Network Systems, establishing proposed linkages between Rotational Training Units (RTU), LVC-G entities and Operations Group (OPSGROUP), and EXCON. The LVC-G Planner serves as the lead for the development, tracking, and execution of all Instrumentation System (IS) milestones. The LVC-G Planner assists in the coordination of all required service level agreements, Authorities to Operate (ATO), routing, and procedures to facilitate OPSGROUP/EXCON access to required servers and portals of the RTU in support of JPMRC exercises. Develops an EXCON/HICON digital exercise (DIGEX) checklist/timeline and executes the DIGEX for all JPMRC exercises. Identifies planning and coordinating of all support required for the use and integration of MCNS during all JPMRC exercises (JNN, STT, GATR, RETRANS Support, Network Support, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Have relevant experience at a CTC, MTC or JMRC like exercise experience.
- Have knowledge of current Army maneuver doctrine.
- Ability to create, apply, evaluate, and modify models and simulations ISO live exercises using LVC simulations data.
- Ability to assist in the planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of the Technical Integration Working Group (TWIG) JELC for all JPMRC rotations.
- Have and sustain a SECRET clearance.
- Must be a US Citizen.
