PDI Health (Preventative Diagnostics) is a fast-growing portable company expanding throughout the USA, with offices currently in NY, NJ, DE, MD, CT and so on, with more to come! Here we provide mobile services on-site to nursing homes, assisted living facilities and patient's homes with the goal of easing their current immobility.
Growing at a rapid pace, PDI Health (PD) is now looking for a PACS and Compliance Manager to join our company in the Kings County, NY areas. Candidate must be energetic, friendly, well-spoken and detail oriented.
PACS role and responsibilities includes:
- Act as the go-between PDI and radiologists on a daily basis to ensure all PDI clients’ needs are met.
- Create and oversee the monthly schedule of rads
- Recruit and negotiate with rads
- Credential rads in additional states
- Train rads on PACS
- Keep track of rads licensing and malpractice are in good standing
- Research malpractice pricing
Compliance:
- Oversee the process of getting signed orders from referring physicians
- Act as the go-between with the various EMR vendors for integration
- Obtain state Business Operational licenses by following through on all details in conjunction with the process.
- Keep the licenses in good standing on an ongoing basis
- Keep close track of all the requirements linked to maintaining the above licenses. Which includes:
- Getting states radiology permits
- office spaces
- Equipment calibration (working in-conjunction with the RSO)
Requirements
- Prior experience working with Radiologists is a MUST
- Doctor Credentialing experience is a must
