- Supporting the Services Business Development teams global growth efforts with a focus on supporting new partnership opportunities. This role will support the Business Development Chief of Staff by performing newly centralized operational tasks to support the worldwide BD team.
- The top priority will be to support the onboarding of BD partners. You’ll work with BD Managers and Partner Managers—and other teams—to support partnership launches by completing operational tasks, including:
- Managing all code requests, facilitating code batch approvals, and maintaining code batches
- Work with Partner Operations to determine code delivery mechanics
- Purchase order creation; and monthly invoice approval process
- Metadata Tool entry
- Preparation of various manual reports, primarily utilizing Excel and Numbers
- Documentation and coordination of analytics requirements for deals
- Focal point of communication on operational matters for all BD teams across all services and all channels
- Hold BD and other internal stakeholders accountable for their own role in supporting partnership launches
- A lot of this work will require working with communication tools like Webex, phone, Slack, and email
- The work will involve using tools like Keynote, Excel, Numbers, various internal reporting tools
- The work will require the candidate to work independently, but to be confident asking questions along the way. It will require broad collaboration with people outside of our direct team
