Job Description

At Shane Smith Law, our focus is on creating a supportive and empowering culture, promoting growth, and delivering an outstanding experience for each and every client. We are looking for a Bilingual Translator fully fluent in Spanish and English to work closely with our attorneys, enhance the quality of client management, maximize satisfaction, and promote cost effectiveness. Candidate will also be responsible for translating all the concerns and questions each client has to their case manager. The successful candidate will be accountable for the full client care cycle. Responsibilities

  • Provide interpreting services to each attorney and case manager for clients.
  • Perform interpreting duties in a professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Take the extra mile and interact with clients to keep track of their progress and to ensure satisfaction
  • Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules and regulations

Skills

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline-driven environment to achieve departmental and personal goals
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
  • Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Compassionate with teamwork skills
