Elevator Sales Associate- Elevator Experience Required

JOB DESCRIPTION

Established Denver Based Elevator Company looking for experienced sales representative. Looking for someone who is currently in a sales role in the elevator industry and understands elevator vernacular. Position includes a salary plus commission and is based upon industry experience. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Individual sales planning & sales backlog management
• Customer relationship management to retain & grow business with new and existing customers
• Meet/exceed annual budget on orders from quoted service contracts, repairs, and modernization
• General understanding of contract terms and/or language
• Create a solid sales pipeline and be able to use it for sales forecast accuracy
• Selling value and differentiating PEAK products and services to qualified leads
• Record account/customer activity in company software system (e.g., Service Titan and other internal software)
• Coordinate hand off post sale meetings to other departments
• Assist/take action where needed

• Ability to understand customer needs & propose solutions that meet them
• Ability to work effectively and professionally in a team environment; collaboration with peers and colleagues; as well as being capable to effectively work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Business acumen to ensure sustainable revenue & profitability growth
• Analytical ability to analyze & prioritize opportunities
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (High School Diploma Required)
• Experience: 3 years of experience in elevator sales preferred
• Experience: Construction or industrial equipment service sales highly preferred
