WEIGHT LOSS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE SALES

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Inside/Outside Sales Representative supports both patient acquisition & program sales, providing outstanding new patient experiences.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Performs patient consultations, providing education and information on the multitude of programs offered.
• Responsible for follow-up on all leads, setting patient appointments, and updating the EMR ensuring a final disposition is made on each potential patient inquiry.
• Follows up with all new leads generated by website and or online marketing
• Manage key metrics in the sales cycle and compile reports.
• Creates new patient leads by generating relationships with outside referral resources.
• Trained in weight loss as a means of support for potential leads.
• Become fully trained to educate patients on intramuscular and Subqutaneous injections.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to benefit the mission of the organization.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• One year in a sales and/or retail role (preferred).
• Experience within the weight loss, nutrition, fitness, med spa or related industry. (preferred).
• Experience with setting and reaching quotas (required).
• Knowledge in nutrition, health, and dieting (recommended).
• EMR experience preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• This job operates in a professional office environment.
• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones photocopiers, and fax machines
• Local travel

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
