How You Can Join Us
We're looking to add a skilled Part-Time Accounting Specialist to our close-knit Communication Services team. You'll play a vital role in our financial operations and sales support. Your expertise in quoting, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and proficiency in
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales documents (proposals, quotes, contracts) and assist with the sales process including updating the CRM system and tracking sales progress.
- Assist with invoicing and basic financial reporting for the CS team.
- Assist with follow-ups and generate sales reports.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinate travel for the sales team.
- Maintain sales records and manage expense reports.
- Provide sales process coordination and assistance as required
- Maintain positive client relationships and address inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Mid-level experience in account management, including invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Previous exposure to government contracting industry accounting preferred
- U.S. Citizenship
Location:
- Hybrid/Flexible schedule with 1-2 days/week onsite at our Millersville, MD office location required
