What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Generalist (part-time) position at PEAKE?
PEAKE is a technology integrator focused on bridging the gap between people, technology, and operations.
We are looking for a self-motivated individuals to join our Team immediately as a Human Resources Generalist to oversee hiring practices and benefits packages for employees. This is a part-time position with flexible hours (8-16 hours a week).

For more than a sixteen years, PEAKE’s team of experts in mobile infrastructure, communication systems, and enterprise operations have guided customers through the complex communications technology landscape to design and integrate advanced, end-to-end solutions to meet technology and operational infrastructure needs of any scope and complexity.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Administer onboarding process to new employees, including completing paperwork package and benefits enrollment
- Track and document compliance with mandatory training and continuing education.
- Schedule and assist with new hire orientations.
- Assist in the implementation of a new employee recognition program.
- Handle employment related inquiries from employees and managers.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations related to onboarding.
- Schedule and manage annual performance reviews and documentation
- Assist with updating benefits plans annually by working with brokerage.
- Assist in annual open enrollment.
- Support recruiting functions including posting on job boards, reviewing applicants, conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates
Education and Experience:
- Must have at least 3 years experience in Human Resources
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and/or SHRM certification is desired but not required
